A first principles approach to improving your self-serve UX

In a self-serve motion, you can’t respond instantly to questions and objections.

This means it’s harder to ensure your product is differentiated and meets a prospect’s evaluation criteria.

Therefore, understanding the psychology of a self-serve prospect is paramount.

We took this approach at Matillion. But, instead of explaining it with text, I created a comic strip inspired by the guys at Growth.Design.
